1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the juan346 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your juan346 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• juan346 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

The total aggregate liability of juan346 to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your juan346 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
